Bracket Madness

I mentioned last week that we put together a Fathead NCAA Tournament bracket based completely on the March sales (so far) of the schools in the tournament.  For every match-up, we selected the team with the higher Fathead sales for the month.  I shared with you the Sweet Sixteen predicted through our model (click here for the article); I will now share our predictions for the next two rounds.

Rivals

By: Jason

Years ago I had a grand ambition of owning a chain of sports bar called Rivals that would be built in every major sports town that has a natural rivalry. The best part is every city you build one in has automatic synergy with its rival city, i.e. you open a Rivals in Ann Arbor, you instantly have a Rivals in Columbus.  Conceptually this bar was to be the greatest sports bar of all time. Half the restaurant would be decorated for one team and the other half would be decorated for the other team. Each booth would have a station to refill your own drinks, each restroom stall would have a 19 inch LCD built into the door, and there would be a special room for the most passionate fans, the room would actually simulate the field conditions of the event itself. If it is snowing in Happy Valley, then it is snowing in the special room at Rivals.
